Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer large closets with a shared full bath in the common hallway. The upstairs also includes a laundry room and linen closet for ease and convenience. Washer and dryer hookups are included in each unit. Washer and dryer appliances are not included.

Application fees are non-refundable. Each person over 18 who will reside in the home must complete an online application. Each person under 18 residing in the home, even temporarily, must be listed as an additional occupant.

Pets are welcome in our pet‑friendly rentals. Please refer to the individual property listing for complete details, including any applicable guidelines or restrictions.
All pets must complete and pass our pet screening as part of the application process.

The team at MGC Leasing & Property Management partners with Rently.com to provide convenient self‑guided tours for many of our ready‑to‑move‑in rentals. Eligible properties may be toured any day between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Please note that not all properties offer self‑guided tours.
